CANCELLATIONS
Standard rate
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the same penalty will apply.
Example: If you cancel from 08/08/2025 at 23:45 onwards, a penalty of 465€ will be charged.
Non-refundable rate
Advance payment required. No modifications or cancellations allowed.
EARLY DEPARTURES
Once check-in has been completed, if the guest decides to shorten their stay, no refund or reimbursement will be made for unused nights, regardless of the reason for early departure.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
Modifications (dates, number of guests, room type) are subject to availability and possible rate differences.
Requests must be made through the hotel's official channels as far in advance as possible.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be approved by the hotel, is subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.
PAYMENT POLICY
To confirm the reservation, a deposit payment by credit card in a secure environment is required. The amount will be indicated during the booking process.
The reservation will not be considered valid until the deposit has been successfully received.
The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the stay (check-in).
If the remaining amount is not paid at that time, the reservation may be considered cancelled under the stated conditions.
The customer will receive an email with the booking reference, details of the contracted services, general terms and conditions, and the refund policy.
All transactions will be carried out in euros (€), regardless of the customer's country of origin.
LEGAL LIMIT FOR CASH PAYMENTS
In compliance with Law 7/2012 and Law 11/2021:
Cash payments exceeding 1.000€ are not accepted when one of the parties acts as a business or professional.
Splitting payments to avoid this limit is not permitted. Authorities may aggregate split transactions and apply penalties.
In such cases, payment must be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) or bank transfer.
TOURIST TAX
The reservation price does not include the applicable tourist tax, which must be paid directly at the hotel in accordance with current regional regulations in the Balearic Islands. This tax varies depending on the season and type of accommodation.
DOCUMENTATION AND REGISTRATION
All guests must present a valid ID (national ID card, passport, or equivalent) at check-in.
The hotel will request the signature of the mandatory registration form in accordance with current regulations.
Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of access to the property.
CHILDREN AND PET POLICY
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel, except for duly certified guide dogs.
INCLUDED SERVICES
The reservation includes the services specified during the booking process according to the selected room type or rate. All prices include applicable VAT.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the booking form is accurate and complete. Errors, omissions, or false information may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
The hotel shall not be held liable for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications to the stay caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, service disruptions, pandemics, legal restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the hotel's control. In such cases, the customer will be offered the option to change the dates or receive a voucher for the amount paid.
